mapeando territorios_002

$340.00

Size: 45×65cm
Technique: hand tufting + punch needle
Year: 2023

About this collection:

How does one navigate a place? How do we get to know a territory? How do we take in a landscape? With our eyes, our ears, and our wandering. This is how we build our experiences of travel and imprint memories of the landscape.

Since I was young, I have frequently visited Patagonia argentina. From these journeys, I have been storing my memories and experiences of each place I have known, walked, and explored. In this collection, I recreate some of these places and the impressions they left on me.

With shapes, textures, and colors, I create territories, whether existing or imaginary, to traverse them once again.
